OAG, a global leader in aviation data and analytical services, announced the sale of its MRO Network business. MRO Network, part of OAG, provides aviation exhibitions, conferences and publications to the MRO, fleet, financing and leasing sectors. MRO Network has been sold to Penton, a U.S.-based professional information services company, for an undisclosed sum.
