HEICO signs agreement to buy Robertson Fuel Systems

HEICO Corporation has announced that its Electronic Technologies Group has entered into an agreement to acquire Robertson Fuel Systems, from affiliates of American Securities for US$255m in cash to be paid at closing, subject to typical postclosing adjustments. The transaction is subject to clearance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act and other customary closing conditions.

GECAS delivers leased Airbus A320 to VivaColombia

GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, reported delivery of a leased Airbus A320 to low-cost carrier VivaColombia. VivaColombia has a fleet of nine Airbus A320s, including this aircraft, operating on 20 domestic routes within Colombia and six international routes to Panamá, Quito, Lima and Miami.

Monarch Aircraft Engineering secures line maintenance contract for Austrian Airlines
