IBA, a prominent aviation market intelligence and advisory company, has appointed Kathleen Cowans as its new Chief Revenue Officer.
Cowans brings over two decades of expertise in sales and business management, including 15 years in leadership roles. She has led teams across various global markets and regions, grown sales and revenue, improved client satisfaction, and driven digital transformation in organisations across a diverse range of industries. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving the commercial success of all IBA’s products and services across the globe, and for the teams that deliver them.
Prior to joining IBA, Cowans was Vice President of Sales (EMEA and APAC) at Navex from 2021, where she spearheaded the company’s 35% international growth. Before that, she served as a Sales Director at Cirium from 2018 to 2021 and a Director of Customer Success at INTAPP from 2016 to 2017. Her previous organisations include Thomson Reuters and Informa.
