JetBlue Airways’ traffic up 5.7% in December

JetBlue Airways has announced its preliminary traffic results for December 2019. Traffic in December 2019 increased 5.7% from December 2018, on a capacity increase of 4.4%. Load factor for December 2019 was 82.4%, an increase of 1.0 point from December 2018. JetBlue’s preliminary completion factor for December 2019 was 99.3%.

Nearly 2 million passengers traveled with SAS in December

SAS Scandinavian Airlines has released that the total capacity increased by 0.9% in December 2019, while traffic increased by 2.6%, driven by growth in demand on SAS scheduled traffic. In December 2019, Finnair experienced strong demand and carried 1,154,000 passengers, 11.7% more than in the corresponding period of 2018. The overall capacity increased in December by 12.3%.
