Traffic

IAG traffic has increased by 6.6% in August, versus the same period last year, while capacity rose by 4.5% compared to August 2018. The load factor for the month increased 1.7 points to 88.7% compared to the previous year.

In August, Finnair has carried 1,361,100 passengers, 12.9% more than in the corresponding period of 2018. The overall capacity increased in August by 9.3%. Finnair’s traffic increased by 12.8%, and the Passenger Load Factor increased year-on-year by 2.6% points to 86.8%.

Aeroflot has released operating results for Aeroflot Group and Aeroflot’s first 7 months of 2019. Delta Air Lines has reported operating performance for July 2019. The company carried 19.4 million customers across its broad global network, including 700,094 passengers flown in a single day on July 8.
