China Southern Airlines signs lease agreements for five new Boeing 787-9 aircraft

China Southern Airlines has signed long term lease agreements with Air Lease Corporation for five new Boeing 787-9 aircraft outfitted with GE’s GEnx engines, all from ALC’s order book with Boeing. Delivery of the aircraft is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2019, with three deliveries in 2019 and two deliveries in 2020.

DVB finances one A350-900XWB on lease to Vietnam Airlines from DAE

DVB Bank SE has successfully underwritten and arranged the financing for Vietnam Airlines’ first Airbus A350-900XWB, leased from Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE). DVB is the sole arranger and lender in this facility. Allen and Overy, London acted for DAE as lessor’s counsel while Clifford Chance London represented DVB.

Bombardier and CityJet finalize purchase agreement for up to 10 CRJ900 aircraft

Bombardier Commercial Aircraft released that a firm purchase agreement, consistent with the conditional agreement announced on January 24, 2017, has been finalized with Dublin-based regional carrier, CityJet.
