The ATR Assembly of Members has appointed Patrick de Castelbajac, as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ATR. He succeeds Filippo Bagnato, whose four-year mandate according to ATR’s statutes expired at the end of May 2014.

Air Canada appointed Duncan Bureau as Vice-President, Global Sales. Mr. Bureau will report directly to Ben Smith, Executive Vice-President and Chief Commercial Officer, and in this newly defined position will be responsible for revenue generated through all sales channels from all points of sale. He will be based in Toronto.

Finnair’s SVP Human Resources Manne Tiensuu will leave the company. Tiensuu, a member of Finnair’s Executive Board, has held the position since 2010 and will leave the company once Finnair has found a successor for him.

Southwest Airlines released that Captain Craig Drew has been named Vice President Flight Operations. In his new role, effective June 2nd, Drew will be responsible for the airline’s flight operations functions, which include 10 Pilot Bases nationwide, Crew Scheduling, and the Flight Training Center.
