Triumph Group acquires Merritt Tool Company

Triumph Group reported the acquisition of Merritt Tool Company, a manufacturer of aircraft structural components specializing in complex precision machining primarily for commercial and military aerospace programs. Delta TechOps signs $55 million deal with Star Air
