ST Aerospace acquires Precision Products Singapore

Singapore Technologies Aerospace has acquired all the shares of Precision Products Singapore (PPS) from Nippon Precision Casting Corporation, Renaissance Capital Management Limited and Singapore Technologies Industrial Corporation respectively.
