All business class airline celebrates first anniversary

All business class airline, OpenSkies, operating nonstop flights between New York (Kennedy and Newark) and Paris (Orly) and between New York (Kennedy) and Amsterdam (Schiphol), celebrates the first anniversary of its inaugural launch. Welch Allyn extends reading lamp lifetime

Welch Allyn Lighting Products, the manufacturer of aircraft halogen reading lamps, has extended the lifetimes of three models of its halogen reading lamps for Airbus, Boeing and ATR aircraft. In some cases, the lamps feature lifetime ratings of up to 10,000 hours, around 20% longer than the previous generation.
