REVIMA APU joins REVIMA Group

Brotonne Capital, the holding company of REVIMA, a leading landing gear MRO provider based in Normandy, France, has completed the acquisition of REVIMA APU from Hamilton Sundstrand, forming the REVIMA Group. Over the past six years, REVIMA APU has become a world class APU MRO provider, developing significantly its activity on Hamilton Sundstrand, Pratt and Whitney Canada (“P&WC”), and Honeywell APU families.  As a wholly-owned company of Hamilton Sundstrand, REVIMA APU implemented numerous strategic process improvements in an effort to better serve their growing customer base. REVIMA APU will significantly grow the portfolio of the REVIMA Group, positioning REVIMA APU as the largest APU independent MRO in the industry, and allowing customers to benefit from a unique repair capability. A long term repair license agreement has been established with Hamilton Sundstrand in support of existing and future APU models, including the APS2300 installed on the Embraer 170/190 and the APS5000 installed on the B787.  REVIMA APU is also a P&WC Designated Overhaul Facility (“DOF”) authorized to perform MRO for the PW901A, PW901C and the PW980 APUs. The company also intends to develop its repair services activity on newer generation Honeywell APUs. REVIMA and REVIMA APU are both supplying MRO services to major airlines and are located on the same site, in Caudebec-en-Caux, France.
