This 300,000-ft² distribution and logistics center, a key component in the company’s partnership with The Boeing Company, supports VAS’s surging growth and strategic position in the Pacific Rim region. Now fully operational, this state-of-the-art 3PL facility represents the very latest in aviation support services and is designed to speed production parts and emergency deliveries to the flight-line to ensure on time deliveries of new Boeing commercial and military aircraft. Boeing program parts repair and modification services are now fully integrated into the VAS facility and the “Lean” principles have improved processing times by greater than 30%. This leads to faster time to market, faster turn-around of parts and materials and faster delivery to valued customers.
