AMR Corporation reports net profit of $357m for 2nd quarter 2013

AMR Corporation, the parent company of American Airlines reported results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013. AMR reported consolidated and mainline passenger revenue of $5.6bn and $4.9bn, respectively – the highest passenger revenue for the second quarter in company history.
