Aergo Capital has acquired one 2004 Vintage A320-200 passenger aircraft, bearing Manufacturers Serial Number 2233, from AviaAM Leasing. The aircraft is on long-term lease to Smarltlynx Airlines and will continue to be operated by SmartLynx Airlines & their ACMI customers. This acquisition brings Aergo’s fleet to 26 aircraft (including owned aircraft and aircraft under management).

GA Innovation China, a joint venture between GA Telesis and Air China, has completed their second disassembly of a Boeing 737-700NG (Next Generation) series for Shenzhen Airlines. HAITE High Tech Co., has been contracted to provide the disassembly operations for GA Innovation China. This marks the second disassembly of a Boeing 737-700NG aircraft on behalf
