American Airlines Receives its First A321neo

Airbus has transferred the first of 100 A321neo’s, powered by the CFM International LEAP-1A engine, to American Airlines. The first A321neo left Hamburg early Friday morning bound for Pittsburgh, PA. Subsequently, American Airbus technicians in Pittsburgh are currently preparing the aircraft, MSN8647, for its first customer flights
