Ascent Aviation Services has announced a new partnership with LAUNCH Working Heroes. Working Heroes is a nationwide initiative to help veterans and transitioning service members find rewarding permanent career opportunities. With an industry wide shortage of aviation maintenance personnel, experienced veterans have become a valuable asset in augmenting the existing workforce. This partnership aligns the organizations to optimize their unique opportunities to provide experienced veterans a solid foundation to grow their career in an environment that helps them reach their full potential.
