AddQual are now certified by NADCAP for 3-D Structured Light scanning to compliment their AS9100 certification. AddQual provide Development and Qualification services for New and Repair components and are able to assist its customers with high-resolution metrology and, component supply.
AddQual create high-definition digital twins of the physical component, which can then be used to optimize the process and improve the product quality. Typical examples include the collection of characteristics from the component such as burs, scuffs and deviations caused by product in service, aiding their customers with data driven confirmation of the work scope and sentencing.
