VAS Aero Services has acquired multiple CFM International CFM56-7B engines for teardown and distribution of the surplus parts through VAS’ worldwide airline operator customer base.
The first CFM56-7B engine has been placed with VAS’ aftermarket services partner, SR Technics (SRT), for teardown and parts recertification. The addition of the CFM engine enhances VAS’ supply relationship with SRT and offers major end users versus, used, serviceable material solutions.
