Kellstrom Aerospace has announced the disassembling of two engines, one CF6-80C2B1F and one CFM56-5B into stock. Both engines are in teardown simultaneously in the U.S.
Serviceable LPT Modules are immediately available for sale or exchange. The remaining used serviceable material (USM) from this project will be available to support Kellstrom Aerospace engine programs helping airlines and MRO clients with access to USM at cost-effective prices.
