SkyWorks Leasing (Ireland), a subsidiary of SkyWorks Holdings, as the mandated advisor and remarketing agent to Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee for the LATAM 2015-1A EETC bond holders, is offering for sale two A350-900 aircraft, four B787-9 aircraft, and eleven A321-200 aircraft.
The aircraft are currently parked in Victorville, CA., and off-lease, except that the eleven A321s, subject to bankruptcy court approval, are committed to long-term leases to LATAM Airlines expected to commence in the second quarter of 2021.
The aircraft are to be sold as a complete lot on an “as-is, where-is” basis via public auction to be held on April 14, 2021.
