Joby Aviation becomes publicly traded company

JetBlue Technology Ventures (JTV), the corporate venture capital subsidiary of JetBlue Airways, has announced that its portfolio company Joby Aviation (Joby) has completed its merger with Reinvent Technology Partners (Reinvent), a special-purpose acquisition company.
