American Airlines Group has elected Vicente Reynal to its board of directors. Reynal currently serves as Chairman, President and CEO of Ingersoll Rand, a global provider of mission-critical flow creation and industrial solutions. He has served as President and CEO of Ingersoll Rand since March 2020, when he led the transformational merger between Gardner Denver and the Industrials Segment of Ingersoll Rand. He was named Chairman of the company in November 2021.
