MRO service provider SR Technics has signed a multi-year CFM56-7B engine support contract at the MRO Asia in Singapore, with PT Garuda Indonesia (Garuda), powering the carriers Boeing 737 NG aircraft.
The contract will allow SR Technics and Garuda to explore areas of cooperation by providing the best quality service in engine support for the Boeing 737 Next Generation, commonly abbreviated as 737NG, or 737 Next Gen, a narrow-body aircraft powered by two jet engines and produced by Boeing Commercial Airplanes.
Indonesian carrier Garuda seamlessly connects over 60 destinations worldwide and an array of exotic destinations in the beautiful archipelago of Indonesia. Continuing its relationship with SR Technics, Garuda will send CFM65-7B engines to the SR Technics facility in Zurich for MRO services.
