AerCap Holdings N.V. (AerCap) has reported its major business transactions for the third quarter 2022:
AerCap has signed 184 lease agreements, including 30 wide-body aircraft, 104 narrow-body aircraft, three regional jets, 23 engines and 24 helicopters.
The company completed 34 purchases for 15 aircraft (including 12 Airbus A320neo-family aircraft and one Airbus A220 aircraft for AerCap’s owned aircraft portfolio and two aircraft for AerCap’s managed aircraft portfolio), 16 engines and three helicopters.
AerCap executed 37 sale transactions for 21 aircraft (including four Airbus A320-family aircraft, two Airbus A320neo-family aircraft, one Airbus A330, two Boeing 737NGs, two Boeing 777-200ERs, two Boeing 767-300ERs, one Boeing 737-800BCF and three Boeing 747-400Fs from AerCap’s owned aircraft portfolio and four aircraft from AerCap’s managed aircraft portfolio), 13 engines and three helicopters.
The company signed financing transactions for approximately US$1.4 billion (£1.27 billion).
