StandardAero has appointed Dan Satterfield to serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Satterfield is responsible for StandardAero’s global financial strategies, day-to-day financial, accounting and tax operations, as well as performance, reporting and long-range business planning, including investor relations, treasury, controller and audit operations. He replaces Mike Scott, who is retiring after more than 33 years of dedicated service to StandardAero. Satterfield will be located at the company’s Scottsdale headquarters office.
Satterfield joined StandardAero from Honeywell Aerospace, after serving the past four years as Chief Financial Officer for Honeywell’s US$12 billion (£9.8 billion) aerospace portfolio of products and services. Prior to his service at Honeywell, he worked in senior executive financial leadership roles at Gates Corporation, Eaton, Cooper Industries and Siemens.
