EAS Aviation Group (EAS) and FalconPoint Aviation join forces with aviation expert MRO JAT Tehnika, the Serbian subsidiary of the eminent Avia Prime Group located in Belgrade, offering a new aircraft disassembly and asset management solution tailored to lessors, asset manager, and operators.
Their vertically integrated end-of-life menu of services includes aircraft disassembly, complimentary storage, part recertification (EASA and FAA), repair management, component remarketing and consignment services all designed to maximise asset value and return on investment. For operators, their component harvesting and recycling programme offers significant cost savings and reduction in turn-around times while minimising the environmental impact and carbon footprint.
Jon Robinson, Group CEO at EAS commented:
“This partnership strategically aligns all three companies’ services and these integrations now give lessors and airlines a “turn-key solution” for end-of-life aircraft. The quality of an MRO performed tear-down located in central Europe, along with FOC parts storage and our sales and marketing team specialising in AR parts advocates a real industry game changer. This cost-effective solution has already generated tear-down commitments with a B737-700 and two A319s now scheduled for Q3.”
Piotr Kaczor, CEO of Avia Prime Group and JAT Tehnika noted:
“Avia Prime Group is soaring to new heights, solidifying its position as a leader in the dynamic MRO market. With a steadfast dedication to excellence, we are expanding our capabilities to cater to a diverse range of customers. We take immense pride and honor in our ability to spearhead projects that contribute to a greener and more sustainable future for aviation. “The only way is up” as we eagerly anticipate forging lasting connections and achieving remarkable outcomes in the years ahead.”
Jeff Lewis, CEO at FalconPoint Aviation LLC said:
“The industry is craving an end-of-life service provider focused on maximising asset value within a short time span, and providing asset owners with reliable, cost effective solutions with unparalleled levels of service. Both JAT Tehnika and EAS bring decades of industry experience and unmatched technical capability to the partnership and we are excited to be marketing these capabilities to airlines, lessors and investors globally.”
