The first aircraft in High Ridge Aviation’s portfolio has been identified as MSN 44312, a Boeing MAX 8 in operation with Lynx Air purchased from Aergo Capital (Aergo). The transaction was completed on June 28.

Fred Browne, Chief Executive Officer of Aergo, commented: “We are delighted to share this milestone event with our friends at High Ridge Aviation. Aergo is honoured to extend our sincerest congratulations to High Ridge Aviation on the delivery of their first aircraft. We look forward to witnessing their continued success and contributions to the aviation industry as they soar to new heights. Wishing every success to High Ridge Aviation from the Aergo team.”

The MAX 8 registered C-GJSL marked the first aircraft delivery to the newly rebranded Lynx Air in February 2022.

“We appreciate the team at Aergo for the opportunity to work with them on our first aircraft purchase and to support the fleet needs of Lynx Air with this MAX 8,” shares High Ridge Aviation Chief Executive Officer Greg Conlon, adding “This particular aircraft, as the first for both Lynx Air and now High Ridge Aviation, holds a special place for us both.”

Lynx Air is a Canadian ultra-low-cost carrier based in Calgary, Alberta. It was formerly known as Enerjet and rebranded as Lynx Air in 2021. It operates flights within Canada and the United States with a fleet of brand-new Boeing 737 aircraft.
