AJW Group has made significant additions to its executive leadership team with the appointment of Barry Swift as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Clare Brown as Senior Vice President (SVP) Finance, further enhancing the company’s strategic capabilities and expanding its C-Suite.
Barry Swift, COO, is a seasoned professional with an impressive track record, including four years of experience as Senior Vice President of Operations at AJW Group. With expertise spanning multiple sectors, including FMCG, Capital Equipment, Automotive, Defence, and Aviation, he has demonstrated proficiency in operations & supply chain management and the implementation of pioneering supply chain transformation programmes. His primary responsibility will be to provide direct support to the Board and the UK delivery team. Barry will drive the integration of the delivery function within AJW, fostering close collaboration with the operational team at AJW Technique, its world-class MRO facility in Montreal, to optimise in-house capabilities.
Clare Brown, SVP Finance, brings with her a wealth of experience, having spent seven years at AJW Group as Finance Director and 25 years in the aviation industry, including a 12-year tenure as Finance Director at Thomas Cook. She will play a pivotal role in managing the company’s assets, ensuring financial stability, growth and reinforcing the company’s commitment to excellence in financial management and strategic planning.
