The national carrier’s strategic vision encompasses significant growth initiatives, including a 50% expansion of its aircraft fleet by 2028, resulting in 110 modern aircraft compared to the current 75. Passenger numbers are expected to surge by approximately 70%, reaching 16.9 million in 2028, up from 10.3 million today. Enhancements in service quality and passenger satisfaction will be realized through upgraded interior standards on wide-body aircraft and the introduction of Wi-Fi access on long-haul flights.
LOT Polish Airlines is set to introduce nearly 20 new scheduled destinations, encompassing both medium and long-haul routes. The airline also has plans for strategic investments at airports, including the revitalisation of the Polonez Business Lounge in Warsaw and the launch of a new business lounge in Chicago.
In alignment with its commitment to social responsibility, LOT Polish Airlines will prioritise sustainability transformation. This will involve collaboration with the scientific and academic community, the business sector, and active support for the development of the tourism market.
