AVIAN Inventory Management (AIM), a division of AVIAN Component Solutions (ACS),a customised inventory capital solutions and financing services for the aviation industry, has successfully finalised the acquisition of two Embraer ERJ 170-100 LR aircraft from global lessor Azorra.
Ian Gurekian, Founder and CEO of AVIAN Component Solutions, expressed, “Today marks a significant milestone for Avian, as we acquire commercial aircraft dedicated to part-out, enhancing our inventory offerings for both our Embraer commercial and business fleet customers. This also marks the initiation of a robust partnership with the esteemed lessor Azorra.”
Ron Baur, the President of Azorra, shared his enthusiasm, stating, “We are delighted to complete this initial transaction with AVIAN Inventory Management. Ian and his team have proven to be excellent collaborators, and given their emphasis on Embraer products, we foresee a strong synergy with our Azorra fleet.”
The two aircraft are presently undergoing dismantling in Arizona and the certified inventory will soon be made available through AVIAN and its network of Sales Channel Partners.
