Michael Vollrath has assumed the role of Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Spairliners, a joint venture between Lufthansa Technik and Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance. He joins Benoît Rollier, who remains Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. “I am very excited about my new role at Spairliners, a world-class company with cutting-edge products, and a fantastic team of highly qualified and dedicated people. I have been following the development of Spairliners very closely over the past years and I am absolutely convinced that we will play an important role in the industry's transformation process, helping our customers to serve their clients even better in the future. Cooperation and flexibility are in our DNA.”
Vollrath is taking over the position from Thies Möller, who is returning to Lufthansa Technik and who can look back on a successful five-year tenure at Spairliners.
