Ultra-low fare carrier Frontier Airlines has reinstated its code-sharing agreement with the Mexico City-based airline Volaris. Commencing May 8, 2024. Frontier customers will have the opportunity to book travel between the U.S. and Mexico via the codeshare for flights departing from May 16, 2024, onwards.
Volaris is the Mexican ultra-low-cost airline operating in Mexico, the United States, and Central and South America. Its flights within Mexico cover popular destinations such as Mexico City, Cancún, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Huatulco, Acapulco, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Tijuana, among others. The codeshare underscores Volaris’ dedication to expanding its operations, which currently comprise over 460 daily flight segments linking 44 cities in Mexico and 29 in the United States, Central and South America.
