Representatives of Diehl Aviation and Skyways Technics HU Kft. (Skyways Technics) have signed an agreement at Diehl Aviation Hungary in Nyírbátor to cooperate in the maintenance of aircraft structural components, with Diehl Aviation's autoclaves playing a central role.
Skyways Technics' Hungarian facility specialises in the maintenance, repair and supply of aircraft parts, including radomes, which require special autoclave ovens to harden due to their sensitive nature and exposure to environmental stresses. Diehl Aviation will provide access to its autoclaves in Nyírbátor and support with the necessary expertise, enabling the entire repair process to be conducted on-site between Debrecen and Nyírbátor.
Skyways Technics is an MRO and spare parts provider operating worldwide, with hubs in Denmark, Malaysia, the UAE, the U.S.A., France and Australia. Its EASA, FAA, and UK CAA-approved workshops repair structural components for ATR and narrow-body aircraft, focusing on nose radomes and leading edges.
Diehl Aviation, a division of Diehl Stiftung & Co. KG, is a global partner for the aviation industry, known for innovation in aircraft system and cabin solutions. The company has over 4,400 employees and serves major aircraft manufacturers, military partners and commercial and business aircraft operators worldwide.
