Magnetic Training, a sub-brand of Magnetic Group, has announced that it has received EASA Part 147 approval to offer comprehensive training programmes for the Airbus A350 and Boeing 787 aircraft. These new aircraft types will enable Magnetic Training to expand its presence in the wide-body market. Previously, the company only provided wide-body courses for the A330 and B777. Moving forward, Magnetic Training will also offer A350 and B787 type training for B1 and B2, alongside various difference and general familiarisation courses.
This enhancement of Magnetic Training’s capabilities further strengthens its position in the technical training market. Additionally, the approval supports the company’s growing presence in Asia. The current expansion of the training portfolio corresponds to the rising demand for skilled aircraft maintenance personnel in the region.
“Several key market trends influenced the decision to seek this approval. For example, the increasing demand for A350 and B787 aircraft, particularly in Asia, where the concentration of these aircraft is highest, has underscored the need for qualified maintenance professionals. We see this as an opportunity to grow our presence in Europe and Asia, providing high-quality, EASA-approved training,” said Natalja Platonova, Chief of Talents Sector at Magnetic Group.
Magnetic Training is set to launch the new courses this autumn. It will offer open group sessions for individuals seeking to expand their skills, as well as customised training schedules for corporate clients, allowing companies to arrange sessions at a time and place that best suits their operational needs.
