Travelport has announced the extension of its long-term agreement with Turkish Airlines, the flagship carrier of Turkiye. The agreement aims to strengthen its modern retailing capabilities on Travelport+ by enabling quick and easy customisation of offers for group bookings.
As part of this partnership, the addition of Travelport's automated allocation management feature will allow Turkish Airlines to improve inventory management and seamlessly tailor group offers for travel retailers using Travelport+. The agreement also ensures that the technology company will continue to provide the airline with powerful data intelligence and rich content and branding (RC&B) solutions.
Chris Ramm, Vice President of Air Partners – EMEA, India and Global Sales Strategy at Travelport, commented: “Our expansion of services with Turkish Airlines confirms the value that our modern retailing solutions provide to Travelport's airline partners, allowing them to seamlessly manage products and tailor unique offers for agencies. Our ability to deliver the solutions our air partners need to elevate their modern distribution capabilities solidifies Travelport's position as a leader in modern travel retailing.”
