dnata, a global provider of air and travel services, has secured a multi-year ground handling contract with easyJet at Zurich Airport (ZRH), Switzerland.
As part of this partnership, dnata will deliver a comprehensive range of safe and reliable services, including passenger, ramp, and baggage handling, to the low-cost airline. dnata's dedicated team will enhance the travel experience for approximately 640,000 passengers across easyJet's 3,800 annual flights.
This new contract strengthens the collaboration between dnata and easyJet in Switzerland, following dnata's provision of de-icing services for the airline in Geneva since 2022.

dnata currently operates at Zurich Airport (ZRH) and Geneva Airport (GVA), providing ground handling and cargo services to over 30 airlines with a workforce of 1,100 customer-focused employees. In the 2023-24 financial year, dnata's Swiss team assisted eight million passengers and handled over 90,000 tonnes of cargo in both Zurich and Geneva.

In the 2023-24 financial year, dnata's teams handled over 778,000 aircraft movements, processed over 2.9 million tonnes of cargo, served 123 million meals, and achieved a total transaction value (TTV) of US$2.4 billion in travel services.
