Vallair has appointed Pascal Parant as its new Group Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer. Parant joins Vallair during a crucial phase of growth, as the company continues to expand its footprint in the aerospace and mobility sectors.
Vallair, headquartered in Luxembourg with facilities across Europe, is recognised for its expertise in aircraft teardown, component support, cargo conversions, and end-of-life solutions. The company offers a comprehensive range of services, including MRO for narrow-body aircraft such as the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737, and leasing solutions to airlines and operators around the world.

Before joining Vallair, Parant held several senior roles at AAR Corp, where he developed long-term relationships with airlines, lessors, MROs, and OEMs. In addition to his new role, Parant is the Executive Vice President of USAIRE, an aviation business club, and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (FRAeS). He is also a graduate of the French aeronautical school ESTACA.
With Parant's appointment, Vallair aims to strengthen its commercial and marketing strategies, enhancing its ability to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions for mature aircraft management and support, reinforcing its leadership in the aviation aftermarket sector.
