Eve Air Mobility has unveiled its fully integrated aftermarket services portfolio at MRO Europe in Barcelona, aimed at enhancing the efficiency and safety of Urban Air Mobility (UAM) operations. The newly introduced “Eve TechCare” offers a pioneering all-in-one suite of solutions designed to optimise the operation of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, providing comprehensive services, expert support and cutting-edge operational solutions.
Supported by Embraer's 55 years of aerospace expertise, Eve TechCare provides customers with a unique global service network and local support. The portfolio includes technical support, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, parts and battery solutions, as well as training and flight operation services, all accessible through a digital platform.
Eve TechCare's service and support solutions cover all aspects of daily eVTOL operations, including a 24/7 customer care centre, pilot and mechanic training, entry-into-service support, technical publications, material and battery services, aircraft health monitoring, and MRO services. The support model is flexible, allowing customers to benefit according to their specific needs, ensuring both efficiency and profitability.
Eve holds the industry's largest backlog, with letters of intent for 2,900 eVTOL aircraft, representing potential revenue of US$14.5 billion across 30 customers in 13 countries. Beyond aircraft sales, Eve has secured non-binding contracts with 14 customers for service and operations, covering around 1,100 eVTOLs, potentially generating US$1.2 billion in revenue during the first five years of operation.
In terms of eVTOL programme development, Eve has successfully assembled its first full-scale prototype and selected its primary suppliers. The company is advancing in its development phase, conducting rigorous testing of the prototype to evaluate its flight capabilities and safety features.
