Panasonic Avionics Corporation has signed a landmark ten-year agreement with Riyadh Air, Saudi Arabia's premium global airline, to provide in-flight entertainment maintenance support for its fleet of 32 Boeing 787 Dreamliners.
As part of the deal, Panasonic Technical Services (PTS) will establish a dedicated line maintenance station in Riyadh. Highly specialised technical teams with expertise in the Dreamliner's advanced systems will deliver top-tier maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services. Panasonic Avionics' investment in Saudi Arabia also includes hiring local staff and implementing education and training programmes to support the initiative.
The agreement features PTS' total care package, ensuring seamless aircraft operations and an enhanced passenger experience. This strategic partnership underscores both companies' shared commitment to innovation and service excellence in the aviation sector.
