IFS, a provider of enterprise cloud and Industrial AI software, has appointed Matt Breslin as President, North America. Breslin joins from Upland Software, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer, leading global go-to-market functions, including sales, marketing, strategic alliances and customer success. In his new role, he will leverage his extensive enterprise software leadership experience to accelerate IFS's growth and adoption of industrial AI in key markets.
Breslin will focus on driving IFS' expansion across North America, targeting core industries such as manufacturing, energy, utilities & resources, aerospace and defence, construction and engineering, service and telecommunications.
IFS Chief Revenue Officer, Simon Niesler, highlighted the significance of Breslin's appointment, stating that his industry expertise and leadership in building high-performance teams will be vital in helping customers accelerate their adoption of industrial AI and achieve strong returns on investment.
Breslin noted that IFS' advanced technology and rapid growth set it apart in the enterprise software industry. He looks forward to working with the IFS leadership and North American team to capitalise on the opportunities presented by industrial AI for both the company and its customers.
Before joining Upland Software, Breslin held senior leadership positions at Infor, SAP and Oracle. He succeeds David Spencer, who is retiring, and will collaborate with him to ensure a smooth transition and continued success for IFS in North America.
