Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), the global aviation services corporation, has announced the delivery of the sixth and final Boeing 737 MAX aircraft to Aeromexico from its current orderbook. This delivery completes a mandate that included three Boeing 737-8 and three 737-9 aircraft.
Aeromexico has been a valued customer of DAE for over ten years, during which time the company has delivered a total of 20 Boeing 737-family aircraft to the airline.
The Boeing 737 MAX family offers enhanced fuel efficiency, improved environmental performance, and greater passenger comfort for the single-aisle market. With advanced technology winglets and efficient engines, the 737 MAX family reduces fuel consumption and emissions by 20%, while also producing 50% less noise than the aircraft it replaces. Additionally, the 737 MAX family provides up to 14% lower airframe maintenance costs compared to rival aircraft in its class.
