Satair, an Airbus Services company, and Airbus Atlantic, a frontrunner in aerostructures, pilot seats, and premium passenger seats – distributed under the STELIA Aerospace trademark – have renewed their spares distribution agreement at Aircraft Interiors Expo 2025 (AIX25).
Under the extended deal, Satair will remain the exclusive distributor in the Middle East for spare parts for pilot and STELIA Aerospace premium passenger seats. This partnership strengthens operators' access to top-tier aftermarket services, ensuring efficient support for critical cabin and cockpit components.
Thomas Lagaillarde, Satair's Vice President of Product Management & Business Development, expressed pride in extending the collaboration with Airbus Atlantic in the Middle East, emphasising the company's commitment to providing seamless access to high-quality spare parts and services. “This renewal underscores the strength of our long-standing partnership and our shared goal of supporting airline and MRO customers with reliable solutions.”
The partnership, which began in the Asia-Pacific region in 2008, was expanded to the Middle East in 2021. With this extension, the collaboration will continue for another three years, ensuring operators benefit from an optimised supply chain and enhanced service.
Thierry Kanengieser, VP Cabin Interior at Airbus Atlantic, added: “We are pleased to continue our partnership with Satair, reinforcing our commitment to delivering premium aftermarket support. Our collaboration has been invaluable in ensuring timely access to spare parts, and we look forward to further strengthening our presence in the Middle East.”
