With a career spanning over two decades in the aviation industry, Pastuska has held a variety of senior management positions within the Lufthansa Technik Group. Most recently, he served as Head of Business Development for Lufthansa Technik Component Services in Hamburg, Germany, where he was instrumental in expanding the company’s global footprint and developing strategic partnerships. Prior to that, he gained extensive operational and commercial experience in various leadership roles across Europe and Asia, focusing on MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) services.
