Werner Aero has reported the successful acquisition of a Boeing 737-700 aircraft, MSN 32426, from Carlyle Aviation Partners. The aircraft is currently stationed at eCube’s facility in Castellón, Spain, where it is set to undergo disassembly.
The move aligns with Werner Aero’s strategic focus on bolstering support for its global network of airline and MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) customers by expanding its inventory of high-demand Boeing 737NG components. Through the careful harvesting of parts from this aircraft, the company aims to enhance its ability to offer reliable, quality aftermarket solutions.
Once disassembled, the components will be incorporated into Werner Aero’s growing stock and distributed via its established global supply channels. This initiative is part of the company’s wider efforts to ensure consistent availability of critical parts for operators of Boeing’s 737NG fleet, which remains one of the most widely used aircraft families in the commercial aviation sector.
Werner Aero continues to reinforce its position in the aftermarket supply chain, with a particular emphasis on responsiveness, quality assurance, and global reach. The addition of this airframe supports the firm’s long-term strategy of meeting the evolving needs of airlines and MROs around the world, ensuring they have access to essential components to maintain operational efficiency and fleet reliability.
