Precision Aviation Group, Inc. (PAG), a provider of MRO services and aerospace solutions, has announced its entry into the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) market through the acquisition of Turner Aviation. This move marks PAG’s first operational facility within the region and is a key milestone in the company’s wider global expansion strategy.
Based in Glasgow, Scotland, Turner Aviation brings decades of industry experience, having been established in 1954. The company is well known for its specialist expertise in the repair and overhaul of avionics, fuel systems, and aircraft components. It operates under approvals from the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and EASA Part 145, allowing it to serve a broad range of clients across the EMEA region. Turner’s solid reputation and extensive technical capabilities will now be integrated into PAG’s global service offering.
This acquisition allows PAG to strengthen its local presence in the region, offering faster turnaround times and improved customer support for its growing international client base. The move reflects a deliberate effort by PAG to broaden its footprint and bring value-added MRO services closer to its customers worldwide.
David Mast, President and CEO of PAG, described the acquisition as a “significant milestone” in the company’s growth. He praised Turner Aviation’s “deep technical expertise, strong customer relationships, long-serving leadership team and strategic location” as key factors behind the deal. PAG aims to build on Turner’s long-standing reputation and expand its services across EMEA as it continues to scale globally.
This development positions PAG to better meet the demands of the aerospace and defence sectors in the region, ensuring responsive, high-quality support through a strengthened and strategically located service network.
