Pula Aviation Services Limited (PASL) has expanded its aviation services portfolio with the strategic acquisition of JMI-Jet Maintenance International (JMI), a UK-based aircraft maintenance provider. This move enhances PASL’s aircraft maintenance capabilities, adding key operational locations at London Oxford Airport and a line station at London Biggin Hill to its network.
Established in 2018, JMI is an independent MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) provider, delivering comprehensive services to aircraft owners and operators across the UK and Europe. The company operates from an 18,000 ft² facility at Oxford and offers a broad range of services including base and line maintenance, AOG (aircraft on ground) support, structural repairs, avionics upgrades, interior modifications and aircraft painting assistance.
The acquisition complements PASL’s existing aviation businesses, including ASG for aircraft maintenance, Airpart for parts supply, and its special-mission aircraft operations. The integration of JMI strengthens the group’s maintenance service offering and expands its certification scope, particularly for Textron jet series and Dassault Falcon aircraft.
Steve Page, CEO of PASL, highlighted the strategic value of the acquisition: “This acquisition aligns with our group strategy to expand core capabilities across the aviation support services. JMI complements our existing aircraft maintenance offering… unlocking further opportunities for growth across the group.”
With this latest move, PASL reinforces its position in the European aviation services market, offering enhanced technical capabilities and geographic reach to better serve its growing customer base.
