AerDragon Aviation Leasing Company (AerDragon) has disclosed that it has purchased two A320neo aircraft from Vmo Aircraft Leasing which are currently on lease to Latin American airline Avianca.
This transaction marks a significant milestone in AerDragon’s continued growth as a leading global aircraft lessor, further strengthening its portfolio of modern and fuel-efficient aircraft. The addition of the A320neo aircraft, renowned for their operational efficiency and lower environmental footprint, aligns with AerDragon’s strategy to invest in next-generation aircraft that support airlines’ long-term sustainability and growth objectives.
Commenting on the deal, AerDragon’s Chief Executive Officer Gang Li said: “We are pleased to add Avianca to our expanding list of customers and continue supporting its fleet development.
