Werner Aero has disclosed the acquisition of two Boeing B737-700 airframes from Unical Aviation. The airframes, currently located at ecube in Coolidge, Arizona, will be dismantled for parts to support Werner Aero’s expanding used serviceable material (USM) programme.

“I have dedicated most of my career to developing and advancing the asset-based USM sector in both the U.S. and Japan. It’s exciting to see Werner Aero remain true to its vision by setting a high standard in USM and aircraft disassembly operations,” said Eddie Chen, VP of Business Development & Marketing at Unical Aviation. “Their focus on quality and innovation represents a meaningful advancement for the industry.”

Tony Kondo, CEO of Werner Aero, commented: “This acquisition is another step forward in strengthening our USM capabilities and ensuring we can continue to provide high-quality, reliable parts to our airline and MRO partners. We remain committed to building inventory that supports our customers’ evolving needs while upholding the highest standards of safety and service.”
