Embraer has confirmed the delivery of 62 aircraft in the third quarter of 2025. This marks a modest increase compared with the 61 jets delivered in the second quarter and 59 in the same period of 2024.
The company’s Commercial Aviation unit delivered 20 new jets during the quarter. Of these, 11 were E195-E2 models, the largest aircraft Embraer currently produces in this category. The performance of this business unit exceeded both the second quarter of 2025 and the third quarter of 2024, when 19 and 16 jets were delivered respectively.
Embraer’s Executive Jets division also posted solid results, with 41 aircraft delivered in the period. This compares with 38 in the previous quarter and an identical figure of 41 in the third quarter of last year. The standout performer was the Phenom 300, which continues to dominate the light jet market. It retained its position as the world’s best-selling light jet for the thirteenth consecutive year, with 20 deliveries during the quarter.
In its Defence and Security segment, Embraer delivered one KC-390 Millennium. This multi-mission military transport aircraft completed the tally of 62 deliveries across the group in the three-month period.
Looking ahead, Embraer has provided delivery guidance for the full year of 2025. The company expects to deliver between 77 and 85 jets in its Commercial Aviation division. At the midpoint, this represents a 10 per cent increase compared with the previous year.
For its Executive Aviation unit, Embraer forecasts between 145 and 155 deliveries during 2025. At the midpoint, this equates to growth of around 15% compared with last year.
