SkyWorks Holdings announced the completion of multiple transactions and the launch of new mandates during the fourth quarter of 2025 across its advisory and asset management platform. The firm advised a North American low-cost carrier on amendments to its aircraft order book and separately supported another North American low-cost carrier on its commercial, business and fleet planning. SkyWorks also conducted an in-depth analysis of Viva’s fleet and operations in support of Viva’s strategic transaction with Volaris.
During the quarter, SkyWorks arranged the sale of four aircraft on behalf of Sierra Echo Aircraft Leasing, comprising two A320-200s leased to Batik Air, one 737-900ER leased to Thai Lion Air and one 787-8 leased to Aeromexico. In addition, the firm arranged lease extensions for three A320-200 aircraft operated by American Airlines and for one A320-200 aircraft operated by Bangkok Airways, acting on behalf of a US-based investor.
SkyWorks was also engaged as co-financial adviser to the ad hoc committee of secured noteholders and debtor-in-possession lenders in the Spirit Airlines Chapter 11 proceedings. New mandates included an engagement by an Asia-Pacific low-cost carrier to arrange the sale of three 737-800 aircraft, advisory work for an EMEA flag carrier relating to a potential long-haul aircraft order, and support for a North American network carrier in selecting engines for its A321neo fleet currently on order.
